If your custom name has been affected by a formatting error and a special character or capitalisation of a letter hasn't worked, please let us know and we'll amend this as soon as possible.
We're not liable for any personalisation errors made at the time of purchase. This includes names that have been spelt incorrectly, names that are too long, wrong dates entered or choosing the incorrect hair, eye or skin colour.
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase regarding any mistakes in your order. After this time, we're no longer liable and any issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
